Pierce Sargeant IV graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Supply Chain Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business. He received Arizona State University's University Scholarship in 2002 in recognition of his outstanding academic achievement. While attending Arizona State University he was on the Honor Roll for Fall 2004 & 2005, as well as Spring 2005 & 2006. He was a member of Delta Sigma Phi and participated in many philanthropic activities which helped raised funding for various charitable organizations.

After graduating from Arizona State University, Pierce attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate while graduating in the top 35% of his class. While attending Loyola Law School he joined the Business Law Society and graduated in their prestigious Corporate Law Track. During his time in law school he received the top grade in the class in Property, Employment Law, and Secured Transactions Real Property.

Since graduating from law school, Pierce has been admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the United States District Court, District of Arizona.

Pierce Sargeant practices in the areas of Criminal Defense Law, Family Law, and General Civil Litigation.

In the area of Family Law, Pierce has experience in Divorce, Child Support, Spousal Maintenance, Alimony, Child Custody, Visitation and Parenting Time, Grand Parents Rights, as well as the other aspects of Family Law. This experience includes both defending and obtaining Orders of Protection and Injunctions Against Harassment and the various custody issues that may arise.

In the area of Criminal Defense, Pierce has experience handling a felonies and misdemeanors in both Superior Court and in Municipal Court. Pierce handles each case with care, attention and dedication to effectively resolving your case at a reasonable cost.

In the area of Civil Litigation, Pierce has both defended and pursued numerous breach of contract cases which have resulted in favorable decisions to his clients. Additionally, Pierce has defended personal injury claims, however this only makes up a small portion of his cases. He is also involved in the organization of various companies located here in Phoenix.

Pierce is born and raised in the Phoenix area and grew up in the legal field. The long line of attorneys and judges which make up his lineage have helped develop him into the attorney he is today. Pierce is an alumnus of the great school located here in Phoenix Brophy College Preparatory where he excelled in academics which resulted in his scholarship to attend Arizona State University.
